Lara did my hair as a bridesmaid in 2024 and after I got engaged at the end of that year, I knew immediately who I wanted to do my wedding hair! I contacted Lara hoping she’d be available, as I only had nine months between getting engaged and the wedding date, and I was so lucky that she was. Lara is gorgeous inside and out and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole planning process. Her admin is slick, organised and so reassuring during such a busy time...and most importantly her hair skills are incredible! I have a lot of hair and knew I needed a true expert to make sure it looked exactly how I hoped and lasted all day. I’ve wanted a slightly more relaxed Hollywood wave for years and Lara captured my vision perfectly. The wedding morning with your friends and family is such a huge part of the day and Lara genuinely felt like a friend in the room. Part of the reason this review has taken so long is that I was six weeks pregnant on my wedding day and have been very tired during the first few months of marriage! On the morning of the wedding, a combination of little sleep, wedding nerves and early pregnancy symptoms made me more anxious than I expected. I shared my pregnancy news with Lara and it felt just like telling a friend. She was so excited for me and helped keep me calm throughout the morning. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I am so incredibly glad I booked Lara as my wedding hair stylist. From our very first call a few years ago, she made me feel instantly comfortable and welcomed. She took the time to answer all of my questions and really listened to what I was envisioning for the day. The trial was such a great experience, Lara styled my hair using my inspo and gave honest, thoughtful advice about what would best suit. Her communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. She uses a really easy-to-navigate online portal, always replied to emails quickly, and was so organised, calm, and reassuring every step of the way. On the wedding morning, Lara was an absolute delight to have around. She styled the hair for my bridesmaids and my mum, and every single look turned out beautifully. Everyone felt confident and loved how their hair lasted perfectly all day (and night!). Beyond her incredible talent, Lara has such a lovely, positive energy - exactly the kind of person you want with you during those special, emotional moments before the ceremony. I’m genuinely sad that my wedding is over because I’ll miss our chats and seeing her! I can’t recommend Lara highly enough to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and exceptionally skilled hair stylist for their wedding. She truly made the whole experience effortless and unforgettable.

I can't recommend Lara enough!! Lara and her team are AMAZING! Lara came recommended to me by my makeup artist and what a recommendation she was! Lara is just lovely, she transformed me and made me feel a million dollars on my wedding day!! She is so experienced, a real pro and I really wish I had the skills to could re create what she did on that very special day. She was amazing! I had so many comments. We had such a fabulous morning. Lara did my hair and my bridesmaids were looked after by Nadezhda who did an amazing job she really did. if you are still contemplating which hair stylist to book with then look no further. Wedding planning is incredibly time consuming and if you book with Lara and her team you will not be disappointed. She is extremely organised, great at communication, keeps in touch and an absolutely delight to have by your side on the morning of your wedding. Thank you so very much for everything you did Lara, my husband was bowled over!

Lara was an absolute pleasure to work with she was very quick and responsive on emails and helped me find the perfect make up artist with Holly and hairstylist with Lauren for myself and my bridesmaids. Along with an extra make up artist for my mum. Everyone felt very comfortable and at ease when getting their hair and make up done and I can honestly say we all felt incredible. My now husband at the alter kept saying how stunning I looked so it’s not just me saying it. Thank you again for helping to make our wedding day incredible!!

Lara is the most incredible person to have as part of your team for your wedding day! She gave me the most dreamy princess hair and her and Phoebe (make up artist) kept me calm throughout the morning despite my nerves and stress getting the better of me. She even helped me into my dress with the fiddly buttons when my mum had forgotten her glasses and couldn’t see them!!! Book Lara, she is the best and I couldn’t be more grateful!! Xx
